Hungry Jack
Creamy Parmesan Potatoes


Ingredients:
- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 (4.9 oz.) pkg Hungry Jack® Sour Cream & Chives Potatoes
- 2 cups very warm water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsps grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 to 1 tsps salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 6 large eggs
or 1 1/2 cups refrigerated or frozen fat-free egg product, thawed
- 2 tbsps grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish

Directions:
1. HEAT oven to 425°F. Spray bottom of 12x8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with no-stick spray. Place potato slices in prepared dish.

2. COMBINE remaining ingredients, except the Parmesan cheese, in medium bowl. Whisk until smooth. Add to potatoes. Mix well. (Potatoes should be completely covered with cream mixture.)

3. SPRINKLE with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.

4. BAKE 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown. Cool 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
