Hungry Jack
Mini Pancakes With Strawberry-Banana Topping


Ingredients:
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup sliced bananas
- 1/2 cup Hungry Jack® Microwave Ready Regular Syrup
- 2 cups Hungry Jack® Buttermilk Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix (Just Add Water)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate morsels
- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray

Directions:
1. MIX strawberries, bananas and syrup until well combined. Set aside.

2. COMBINE pancake mix, water and chocolate morsels. Stir just until large lumps disappear.

3. HEAT skillet over medium-high heat or griddle to 375° F. Spray with no-stick spray. Pour 1 tablespoon batter for each pancake onto heated pan or griddle to form mini pancakes. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve pancakes topped with fruit mixture.
